微型汽车背门外板设计 丁维峰 燕 山 大 学 2010年6月 摘要 , 熟悉车门结构的功能要求、结构特点和较常见的结构处理方法是车门结构设计的基础，另外，在具体的结构设计过程中正确的方法、步骤是实现合理设计的关键, 如车门总体结构的确定、附件的布置、结构的统一协调和强度、刚度、可靠性等方面都有一定的规律和要求。 由于车门为大面积覆盖件，需要用整体冲压进行加工，以保证车门结构的完整性，同时在车门内外板之间添加加强梁保证车门刚度。本课题通过使用CATIA软件对车门进行3D建模设计，再制定模型冲压工艺路线，最终完成车门外板设计。 关键词　 Abstract Car body door is a more complex assembly in the body structure.
