The Niche technology is introduced for the purpose of enhancing population diversity. A self- adaptive Niche genetic algorithm based on the inverse and dual combination operator is designed to keep balance of mi proving local searching and holding good global searching. The Niche genetic algorithm is proved to be convergent, and results of the test show its feasibility and efficiency.
