The notion of Jingyou can improve the perspective of people’s perception; differences are inevitable in Jingyou behavior, while diversity is a result from some type choice of group of Jingyou ; Jingyou can effectively promote the development of social organization; establishing healthy, comprehensive democratic centralism is the basic requirement of the management ofJingyou.
