［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effectiveness of fresh platelet-rich plasma transfusion and cryopreserved platelet transfu-
sion． Methods One hundred and sixty patients with thrombocytopenia or platelet dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups．
One group received transfusion of fresh platelet (experimental group)and the other was given cryopreserved platelet (control group)． The
hemostasis time ，CCI and PPR of peripheral blood at 1 h and 24 h after platelet transfusion were compared between the two groups． Re-
sults There were significant differences in CCI and PPR between two groups at 1 h and 2
