Published over 40 papers in academic journals in the UK and China has chaired and participated in some research projects. Research areas: Discourse Analysis, Text Linguistics. Computer-Assisted Language Learning, Corpus Linguistics, Research interests: Discourse Analysis, Computer-Assisted Language Learning and Teaching, Corpus Linguistics. Corpus Application 课程教学目标： Course objectives: This course provides an introduction to both theory and practice of latest development of different approaches to the analysis of both spoken discourse and written discourse in English and an opportunity to evaluate the potential of these approaches by applying them to particular examples of various genres. Course contents: The areas covered in the analysis of spoken discourse include: Approaches to analysing natural spoken language: data collection; transcription; analysis; methodological problems.
