Opp erm ann, the p ap er app lied the SPC and the op tim ization of the qualitybased co st to the m anufacturing p ractice. It had estab lished the relation ship between the p ercentage nonconform ing and the in sp ection during the singlestep manufacturing flow , then a general app lied method to resolve the op tim ization of the qualitybased co st was brought forward. In the term of the op erable strategy, the enterp rise could m ake up the gap between the theory of qualitybased co st management and the m icrop ractice during the op eration of the enterp rise, so as to achieve the higher quality and lower co st.
