Xxxx 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 法兰连接座塑料模设计与制造 Piastic Mold Design and Manufacture of Flange Block 学 院（系）： 机电工程系 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生 姓 名： xx 学 号： xx 指 导 教 师（职称）： xx 完 成 日 期：xxxxx 法兰连接座塑料模设计与制造 机械设计制造及其自动化专业 xx [摘 要]本设计主要根据所给出的法兰连接座实物，测绘出其尺寸，画出零件二维和三维图形，设计出一套完整的注塑模具。基于对塑件性能、成型工艺、生产批量等多方面因素的考虑，决定采用一模一腔双分型面注塑模具，模架的结构形式为动、定模各两块模板。在该模具设计中，首先根据塑件尺寸选择标准模架来定出模具整体结构，然后再根据实际情况对一些尺寸不合适的模板零件进行适当的修改。根据塑件的结构特征，对模具的浇注系统、成型零件、推出机构等作了认真地设计和计算。其中，在成型零件设计时，由于塑件表面的部分含有小孔，故采用一些小型芯来成型局部小孔。浇注系统设计时采用了点浇口，以保证塑件表面的质量。 [关键词]注塑模；浇注系统；推出机构；侧向抽芯 Piastic Mold Design and Manufacture of Flange Block Mechanical Design，Manufacturing and Automation Major Yuan Shuai Abstract: A set of injection molds is designed in accordance with the fiange block material object, mapping out its two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphics, and a complete set of plastic injection molds is designed .Based on the performance of plastic parts, molding process, production volume and other factors of consideration, a dual cavity surface of a plastic injection mold is adopt, and mould bases has two movable mould plates and two stationary mould plates. In the mould design, the first according to the standard set the overall structure of mould, then depending on the number of dimensions is not the right template parts to be appropriately modified. According to the structure of the plastic parts, on the die casting system, formed components, institutions, cooling system, and so on for the design and calculate. A set piece of the parts forming the core part of the complex surface is designed, and the lateral oblique core pulling the slider is formed for lateral hole; and gating System design point of gate is used in order to ensure the quality of the surface of plastic parts.
