摘要 随着社会的发展工业化的加速，出现了洗衣机，再就是自动化洗衣机。无论是波轮式洗衣机也好，还是滚筒式洗衣机也好，都朝着智能化、水流方式多样化、洗衣方式创新化、设计更趋人性化四大特征方向发展。传统的电气控制已经不能满足现状的要求了。使智能化的控制取代了传统的工业控制。 洗衣机的进水和排水分别由进水电磁阀和排水电磁阀控制。进水时，控制系统使进水电磁阀打开，将水注入外桶；排水时，使排水电磁阀打开，将水由外桶排到机外。洗涤和脱水由同一台电机拖动，通过电磁阀离合器来控制，将动力传递给洗涤波轮或甩干桶（内桶）。电磁离合器失电，电动机带动洗涤波轮实现正、反转，进行洗涤；电磁离合器得电，电动机带动内桶单向旋转，进行甩干（此时波轮不转）。水位高低分别由高低水位开关进行检测。启动按钮用来启动洗衣机工作。 随着先进科学技术的发展，应用于洗衣机上的技术越来越成熟，洗衣机的发展也越来越快，将来的洗衣机也将越来越智能化。 本次设计主要采用PLC的控制技术来设计全自动洗衣机控制系统，跟传统的洗衣机相比更具有智能，实时监控，人性化的功能。本次设计通过顺序功能图展示了控制过程，通过设计梯形图实现了自动控制，并且经过反复的设计和修改之后体现了全自动洗衣机的洗衣过程和控制原理。 关键字：PLC S7-200，顺序功能图，梯形图，自动控制 Summary With the acceleration of industrialization and the development of society, the emergence of washing machines, and later automated washing machine.
