摘 要 企业的安全文化建设是近几年来，安全科学领域提出的，保障安全生产的一种新的思路和新的策略，也是预防事故发生的重要保证。 交通施工工程，施工周期长，露天作业且作业环境恶劣，施工难度大，安全事故频发。因此，加强企业安全文化建设势在必行。交通施工企业应把安全工作提升到安全文化建设上面，结合自身的特点，积极建设企业的安全文化，从而减少事故的发生。 该论文在深入的研究了企业安全文化理论和层次分析法的基础上，调研重庆某交通施工企业的安全文化并构建相应安全文化指标体系，对其进行评价。分析各元素的权重，指出该企业安全文化需加强建设的环节。最后，对该企业提出了一些建议及改进措施。 关键词：安全文化 交通施工 层次分析方法  ABSTRACT Corporate safety culture is an important guarantee for the recent years. The field of safety science, ensure safety in production, a new way of thinking and new strategies, but also to prevent accidents. Transportation construction projects, the long construction period, the open-air operations and the harsh operating environment, difficult construction, safety and frequent accidents. Therefore, strengthening the construction of corporate safety culture is imperative. Transportation construction enterprises shall be elevated to safety at work safety culture in the construction of the above, with its own characteristics, positive safety culture in construction companies. In-depth study of corporate safety culture theory and analytic hierarchy process based on the safety culture of research traffic construction enterprises in Chongqing and build the appropriate safety culture index system to evaluate it. Analyze the elements of the weight, and pointed out that the safety culture of the enterprise need to strengthen the construction of the link. Finally, put some suggestions and improvements.
