科技与社会 　博士毕业生对学术不端行为的态度及成因分析 博士毕业生对学术不端行为的态度及成因分析 赵延东 (中国科技发展战略研究院 ,北京 100038) 摘 　要 :本研究根据社会调查数据 ,集中分析了博士毕业生对学术不端行为的态度及其影响因素 ,结果发现有相 当一部分博士生对学术不端行为持宽容态度 。影响博士生态度的因素有 :个人的学术能力和对学术的兴趣与其 对学术不端行为的宽容程度有负相关 ,而有过科研经历的人却更可能宽容学术不端行为 。如果博士生周围师友 的学术不端行为越频繁 ,则其对学术不端行为的宽容态度越强 ,而上过学校组织的科研道德课程者更不可能宽 容不端行为 。在此基础上 ,研究提出了严厉惩治学术不端行为 、完善学术筛选和人员流动机制 、改革现行科研管 理评价体制和设立科研道德专门课程等建议 。 关键词 :学术不端行为 ;博士 ;态度 ;影响因素 中图分类号 : G301　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 1002 - 9753 (2008) 05 - 0045 - 07 Ana ly sis of PhD Gradua tes ’A ttitude toward s Sc ien tif ic M iscon duct and Its Cau ses ZHAO Yan - dong ( Ch inese A cadem y of S tra teg ic S tud ies f or S cience and Technology D evelopm en t, B eij ing 100038, Ch ina) A b stract:B a sed on data from an emp irical social survey, the p ap er analyse s the PhD Graduates ’attitude toward s the scientific m isconduct and the influencing facts of th is attitude. The resu lts show that more than one quarter of the PhD graduate s hold a toleran t attitude toward s scientific m isconducts. Further analysis on the influencing facts show s that, p eop le w ith h igher p ersonal academ ic cap acity and academ ic interest are le ss likely to tolerate m isconducts, wh ile tho se who have scientific work ing exp erience are more to lerant to m isconducts. The more m isconducts happ ened around the re spondents, the le ss relevan t train cou rse s the responden ts got from the un iversitie s, and the responden ts are more likely to to lerate m isconducts. The policy imp lication s from these re su lts are also discu ssed in the p ap er. Key words: scientific m
