（ 二 〇 一 一 年 六 月 摘要 皮革工业是传统的轻工产业，天然皮革制品以其良好的卫生性能和物理机械性能一直满足着人类消费的要求。然而，随着科学技术带来合成纤维，人造革产品的上市，传统的皮革业正遭受着强烈的冲击。目前，皮革染整工艺已经向重染轻涂的方向发展。因此，取得均匀而饱满的染色效果是染色工序的基本要求。皮革用染料种类较多，不同种类的染料有不同的应用条件和应用效果. 加之市场对皮革性能要求的不断提高，如要求染色后的皮革有耐水洗性、耐日晒性、耐摩擦性等，功能性皮革染料的研究也正被科研人员所瞩目。此外，随着资源经济利用与再生的技术倡导，染色皮革的再利用也是应该值得考虑的项目，皮革剥色与转色研究将会得到重视。 牛皮制品很受人欢迎，特别受男士欢迎，牛皮体现一种野性，也是一种文化等热点. 因此，选用牛胚革来做染色实验是有必要的，通过实验将掌握皮革染色的基本流程，明确可用于皮革染色染料的选用范围以及它们在染色中的性能最优化条件。关于剥色研究，已经染色的绵羊皮被选为了研究对象，通过带色绵羊皮的剥色实验，得出剥色的较佳方案，以便开发废旧带色皮革的转色及再加工利用的途径。 关键词：羊皮鞣前准备；染料；剥色 Abstract Leather industry is the traditional light industry, natural leather products with its good health properties and mechanical properties have always been satisfied the demand of human consumption. However, as science and technology having brought synthetic fibers and leather products to market, traditional leather industry is subjected to strong impact. Currently, the leather dyeing process is being developed for the direction of deep-dye and light coating. Therefore, uniform dyeing effect is the basic requirements of the dyeing process. There are many types of leather dyes, different dyes have different kinds of application conditions and effects. Coupled with the requirements of increasing leather performance in market, such as requiring a dyed-leather that is washable, sunlight resistance, abrasion resistance, etc, the study of functional dyes is focused by researchers. Moreover，with the advocate on resource regeneration technique, the recycling of the old dyed leather is worthy to consider, the study of stripping and re-dyeing finish on old dyed leather will be concerned. Leather products is very popular consumption goods, in particular, welcomed by the men, leather embodies a wild, but also a hot spot cultural. Hereby, it is essential to perform the dyeing experiment with cow leather.
