摘 要 民以食为天，粮食的存储是关系到国计民生的大事，而温度是检测粮食霉烂的一个极其重要的参数。由于我国的公粮现集中存放在国家或地方的粮库中，最大粮库方圆几公里，仓库房数为数十个，测点可达数千个。按照需要定期抽样检查各点的粮食温度。以前我国大部分粮库采用人工测温的办法，这样不仅效率低，劳动时间长，而且由于抽样不彻底，不能即时发现局部粮食温度过高，致使部分粮食变质，从而引起大面积的粮食变质，造成重大的经济损失和严重的后果。近几年来我国的检测手段有了很大的提高。尤其是单片机的发展，大大提高了粮仓温度测量的可靠性。 本设计是利用单片机结合温度传感器实现对大型立筒粮仓温度的自动巡检。本系统布点为144个。测温范围为 -30℃～+50℃，测量误差 ≤±1.0℃,据有数据显示，越限报警，远程通讯等功能。 关键词： 单片机 温度传感器 温度 Abstract The people take the grain as the god. So it is important to stare the grain for it related to the economy and the people抯 livelihood. And the temperature is an important parameter in measuring whether the grain goes bad or not. In our country, the public grain centralizes in the state or local grain depot now. The biggest grain depot occupies several kilometers square, there are ten storehouses and thousands measuring spots. The temperature examination for every spots must inspect regularly according to the need. In the past, most of the grain depots in our country take the temperature examination by hand. But there are many shortcomes by this method, such as the lower efficiency, the longer working-time . And because the samples may selected wrongly , so you can抰 find the temperature higer than usual in some parts in time, then the grain in those parts will go bad, and causes the loss in economy. Lately, the method of examining in our country has improved greatly. Especial, the development of the single-chip computer raises the reliability of temperature measuring in grain depot. The design takes advantage of the single-chip computer combining the temperature sensors to realize the temperature examination automatic for the large grain depot. There are 144 spots in the system. In the system, the range of the temperature measuring from -30℃ to 50℃, and the error of the measuring is limitied in 0.1℃ .The data shows there are warning function when it exceed the temperature and the distant communication in the system.
