上海云峰油库重油泵房设计 摘 要 这是一个对上海云峰油库重油泵房的设计。根据给定的生产作业量和油品的运输方式，对该油库进行的一次常规设计。上海云峰油库地处山区，按生产操作，火灾危险程度，经营管理特点将各项设施分区布置。轻油灌区和重油灌区根据规范布置罐位，设置相应的消防系统和保卫措施。并在满足自流的条件下充分利用地形，装卸区的布置要便于操作。生活区设在库外与油库分开布置，以便于管理。 本设计由文字说明，数据计算和图纸绘制三部分组成。说明部分包括设计原始资料，总图布置说明，工艺流程说明，平面安装图说明以及人员编制。计算部分包括油罐设计容量的计算，装卸油设施的计算，管路的水利计算，选泵及校核，加热器面积计算以及油库消防计算。绘图部分依据计算和各种规范以及经济因素，在最大限度满足生产要求的前提下，进行了较为经济合理的布置，并为油库将来的扩建和发展留有余地。 关键词：油库，灌区，输油管，泵房，工艺流程图 Abstract It’s a design of ShangHai oils depot’s heavy oils pump station. A mountain area of ShangHai oil depot, press to produce the operation, dangerous degree of a fire, management the characteristics arrange various facillities, divide area, the light oilcan area and an area of heavy oils arrange an according to the norm. The fire light system that constitution correspond and protect the measure. Combine to make sure of geography well under the condition of satisfy from flow. Pack to unload the area to arrange to want the easy to production operation. The living area establishes to arrange with oil depot separately outside database, in order to manage in the safely. The design is explain by the writing, the data calculation and the diagram papers draw the three parts to constitute. Explain the part includes to design the original date, total diagram to arrange the elucidation, the craft process elucidation, flat surface to install the diagram to explain and the personal draw up. Compute the calculation that the part includes the oilcan design capacity, pack the calculation of unload the oil facilities, take care of the water power calculation of the road and choose the pump to combine the school pit, the heating apparatus area calculation and the oil depot fire fight calculation.
