台商投资大陆的产业集群分析 [摘要] 随着各国学者研究的深入，产业集群理论已初步形成。本文以台商在大陆的产业集群为研究对象，阐述了国内外产业集群理论的代表性观点，介绍了台商产业集群在大陆的形成过程。在此基础上，对台商在大陆的产业集群现状进行分析，并从微观和宏观方面发现其面临的问题。针对这些问题，本文认为可以通过契约治理与网络治理相结合，台商与政府相配合等措施促进台商产业集群在大陆的发展，借此带动一方经济的崛起。 [关键词]台商 大陆 产业集群 Analysis of Taiwan Industrial Clusters in Mainland China [Abstract] With the further research done by scholars from various countries, the Industrial cluster theory has been gradually formed. In this paper, we chose Taiwan’s Industrial cluster in Mainland China as the research object, and described some representation views on Industrial cluster theory at home and abroad. At the same time, we introduced the formation of Taiwan’s industrial cluster in Mainland China. Then we analyzed the current situation of Taiwan’s Industrial cluster in Mainland China, and proposed the problems they are facing in micro and macro aspects .And finally, we suggested that we can promote the development of Taiwan’s industrial clusters in Mainland China by the combination of contractual governance and network governance, the cooperation between Taiwan and the government, and then it can motivate the development of local economy.
