摘要
工业用地是工业经济中基本生产要素之一,是用于工矿企业建造厂房、库房及其它工业配套设施的用地。工业用地作为生产要素,其价格直接影响后续产品的价格,因此工业用地价格一直以来受政府、企业、及产品消费者的关注。在上述研究背景下,本从角度,以分析根据工业将的工业地价与出让价格进行比较,以此确定适应经济、社会及环境协调发展的工业用地价格,更有利于产业结构的优化对土地的集约节约利用及资源的合理配置提供一定帮助。Abstract
