毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 复合材料与工程 班 级 复材0902 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一三年六月三日 摘 要 本设计方案是设计一条年产18000吨柔性不饱和聚酯树脂生产线的设计。柔性不饱和聚酯树是不饱和聚酯树脂中的一个特殊品种，其固化后柔韧性好且延伸率极高，颜色浅，因此，可做一些仿木制品并可与其他树脂混合以增加其柔性。本设计兼顾实用性和经济性，以摩尔比为2.1:1:1的1,2-丙二醇、顺酐、己二酸经熔融缩聚反应生成聚酯，再在质量分数为40%的苯乙烯中稀释得到最终产品，并且在配方设计中加入间苯二酚来控制成品性能和反应进度。根据配比对年产18000吨柔性不饱和聚酯树脂进行了物料衡算、主要设备选型、能量衡算、经济技术指标安排、全厂布局设计等设计过程。本设计完成了工艺流程图、车间平面图、车间立面图、车间侧面图、全厂总平面图等五张AutoCAD图纸。 ：柔性不饱和聚酯树脂；配方；全厂布置；工艺流程；AutoCAD图纸 Abstract This production line is designed with an annual output of 18,000 tons of flexible unsaturated polyester resin. Flexible unsaturated polyester resin is a particular species unsaturated polyester resin, which has good flexibility, high elongation and light color, consequently some wood products can be made by flexible unsaturated polyester resin and the flexible of other resins can be improved by adding flexible unsaturated polyester resin. The production line is practical and economic, in which the resin formula are consist of the 1,2–propylene glycol, maleic anhydride, adipic acid(a molar ratio of of 2.1:1:1), the melt polycondensation method is adopted in this paper, at last the unsaturated polyester is diluted in the mass fraction of 40% of styrene to obtain the final product. The resorcinol is used to control product performance and the progress of the reaction. According to the ratio of annual output of 18,000 tons of flexible unsaturated polyester resin, the material balance, major equipment selection, energy balance, economic and technical indicators arrangements and plant layout design process are made. The design process flow diagram, the five AutoCAD drawings of the workshop floor plan, workshop elevation, the workshop side view and whole plant floor plan are completed.
