Abstract: A Demonsbased nonrigid registration algorithm is implemented in this paper, and fixed the
parameter deciding Demons effects through the numerous experiments. But the traditional algorithm can not
satisfy the needs of automatic pathology detection, so the repeat registration strategy to remedy is used.The
experiments prove this improvement to be effective, could meet the needs of automatic pathology detection.
