学号： 常 州 大 学 毕业设计（论文） （2012届） 题 目 学 生 学 院 专业班级 校内指导教师 专业技术职务 校外指导老师 专业技术职务 二○ 基于PLC的电梯控制系统设计 摘 要：电梯已经成为现代城市物质文明的一种标志。特别是在高层建筑中，电梯是不可缺少的垂直运输设备。 本设计将可编程序控制器(PLC)应用于六层电梯进行逻辑控制，通过合理的选择和设计，不但提高了电梯可靠性、可维护性以及灵活性，同时延长了使用寿命，缩短了电梯的开发周期，并提高了电梯的控制水平。本文所设计的电梯控制系统具有楼层指示、厅召唤、选层选向、手动和自动等功能。 在介绍电梯基本结构的基础上，重点完成了基于PLC的电梯的硬件设计和软件设计，提出了基于PLC电梯控制系统设计的实现方案，最后对所设计的系统进行了实验室模拟实验，结果表明，所设计的系统能实现预期的基本功能。 关键词：电梯；PLC Design of Elevator Control System Based on PLC Abstract： The elevator has become a symbol of urban material. Especially in the high-rise building, the elevator is absolutely necessary vertical transportation equipment. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is used for six-storey elevator control logic, through the rational selection and design, not only to improve the reliability of the elevator, maintainability, and flexibility, but also extending the of life ,shorting the development cycle of the elevator and raising the level of the elevator operation. In this paper, the design of the elevator control system has a layer, indicator, calls to the layer selected, manual and automatic functions. After introducing the basic structure of the lift,the hardware design and software design based on PLC ,are completed, and the schems of control system designed to realize is put forward , Finally, simulation experiment of the designed system is done in laboratory. The results show that the system can achieve the desired basic functions for the design of elevator control systems.
