商学院中小企业论坛(论文) 题目：工商管理专业学生就业情况的调查与分析 -----以江南大学商学院工商管理专业为例 学生姓名：立 指导老师： 2011年4月 摘要 随着时代的进步，不同类型的公司不断涌现，对管理学类高学历人才的需求也不断增大。特别是在发达地区，需求更是紧迫，2008年北京奥运会、2010年上海世博会，已经带动管理类专业毕业生就业的旺盛势头。而中西部地区，随着城市建设的不断完善，新兴产业发展迅速，对管理类毕业生的需求也在逐渐上升。 作为管理学的一个重要分支，工商管理专业的就业情况值得关注。虽然社会对工商管理专业高学历的人才需求不断增大，但是就最近两年的就业情况来看，工商管理专业就业情况并不很乐观。本文以江南大学为例，对工商管理专业毕业生和在校学生进行就业情况调查，对毕业生就业期望和实际就业情况作对比分析，了解工商管理专业学生就业的误区和困惑，并根据调查结果提出相关的建议 关键词：工商管理；人才需求； 大学生； 就业。 ABSTRACT With the development of time, many different kinds of companies have set up .There is an urgent need of the talents with higher education in this field, especially in developed areas in China. The 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai Expo have witnessed the upsurge in employment of the graduates studying management. Due to the development of city construction in the Central and West China, the emerging industries grow at a rapid speed, which also contributes to the need for graduates in management. As business administration is an important branch of management, the situation of graduates majored in this subject need our attention. Although the demand from society expanding, but the fact of graduates employment is not so satisfied. This article takes the students in Jiangnan University as an example, and carries out a survey about the employment of graduates and the students majoring in business administration. According to the result of the survey, I will make a comparison between the graduates expectations and the real situation, and draw a summary of the common misunderstanding and confusion.
