论律师权利与我国宪政建设 摘要：宪政，指的是以宪法为前提，以法治为核心，以民主政治为基石，以人权为目的而形成的政治关系和制度。律师是维护人权，实现社会正义，促进社会主义民主法治的主要力量，作为民主法治的重要力量，从诞生伊始，就担负起了维护委托人的合法权益，维护法律的正确实施，促进民主法治的使命。宪法赋予律师权利，律师以宪法为根本维护社会公义。但实践中，宪法赋予律师的权利实际上得不到充分保障。本论文以我国在宪政建设过程中如何保障律师权利的研究共分为三章：第一章：我国宪政建设与保障律师权利的关系。第二章：中国律师权利现状。第三章：如何保障律师权利。最后从我国宪政建设中对我国律师制度的构建和律师权利的保障作大胆的构思和设想。 关键词：宪政 律师权利 人权 法治 民主 Lawyer right and our country concerning the construction of constitutional government Abstract：Constitutional, refers to in the constitution of the premise, rule of law as the core, the democratic political as cornerstone and human rights for the purpose of the formation of the political relations and system.
