Abstract Radial reciprocating piston pump with high working pressure, high efficiency and convenient
maintenance more and more get the welcome of the market. Four cylinder radial piston type reciprocating
pump, using four piston cylinder radial symmetry patent technology design. This paper designed a four
cylinder piston pump outlet piping of two kinds of layout. In order to validate the rationality of the two pipes
distribution. Applied FLUENT software modeling of model, and then divided the grid and simulation
analysis, because of the speed for unsteady flows move so programming the speed in VC, and loading the
features in FLUENT software by UDF. Analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, obtained the quadrate
pipeline layout more rational conclusion.
