毕业设计（论文） 设计（论文）题目： 9层电梯的PLC控制设计 学 院 名 称： 专 业： 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 2013年5月 17号  摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，人们生活水平的提高，城市变得更加现代化，高层建筑也日益增多，电梯已经广泛应用于高层建筑中，成为人们生活中的重要代步工具。因此人们也越来越关注电梯在性能方面的表现，所以必须努力提高电梯系统在运行时所表现出的良好性能，让电梯在运行过程中能在节能的基础之上表现出更加出色的性能，并且让乘客体验到更加舒适与安全。老式电梯的控制系统主要采用继电器作为核心控制元件设计的，因为该控制系统易出现故障，维护不便，运行寿命短等问题，所以它已经逐步被淘汰。 本文研究并设计一种以PLC为核心控制器的电梯自动控制系统。系统选用了日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-128型PLC作为核心控制部分，整个系统通过PLC、逻辑控制电路来实现对电梯的开关门；升降；加、减速；平层；起动、制动的控制。其结构简单、运行效率高、平层精度高、易于理解与掌握。由于系统是利用软件来控制整个电梯的运行，所以使得电梯故障检查与维修变得更加方便。另外文章中介绍了PLC的特点、发展、结构与工作原理、编程指令等；以及整个系统的程序与梯形图的编写。 关键词：电梯、三菱公司、PLC、控制电路、梯形图  Abstract With the rapid economic development, peoples living standards improve, the city becomes more modern, high-rise buildings are also increasing, The elevator has been widely used in high-rise building, become an indispensable means of transport. Now people are increasingly concerned about the elevator performance is good or bad, so it must strive to improve the performance of the elevator system, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the elevator only energy efficient.
