Be able to grasp the main words. 2. Be able to learn the base sentences well. 3. Be able to use them in a proper scene. Main Points: 1. Main words: winter spring summer autumn wear jacket sweater sunglasses gloves coat shirt T-shirt 2. Base sentences: We wear jackets. We don’t wear T-shirts. Difficult points: 1. Learn the sentence structures. 2. Can describe the four seasons with the sentences they’ve learned. Teaching Tools: Tape recorder and teaching cards. Teaching Process: Step one: Warm-up 1. Greetings. 2. sing an English. 3. Free talks with students. T: What school do you go to? Ss: I go to Cheng Yang School. T: How do you go to school? Ss:I go to school by ____. T: What’s the season? Ss: It’s spring/ summer /autumn / winter. Step two: Presentation 1. Show some words on the board and have students read them together. spring summer fall winter jacket sunglasses gloves sweater shirt T-shirt 2. Play a game: Listen and point the main words as quickly as they can . 3. Show a picture and say T: What’s the season? Ss: It’s autumn. T: What do we wear in spring? Ss: We wear_____. We don’t wear______. 厖 Learn the other sentences with the same way. Step three: Practice 1. Play the tape and have students listen and repeat the sentences 2. Play a game: Listen and say the sentences as quickly as they can . Homework 1. Listen to the tape after school. 2. Prepare for the next class. Remarks: 采用游戏教学法既可以提高他们的兴趣,又增强了他们的竞争意识 Summary: Most students can master the four seasons, but some of them cannot describe the seasons exactly, so in the next lesson, the teacher can produce some proper practices to do .
