监控技术在船舶柴油机的应用 何成忠 （民生轮船股份有限公司，重庆 400011 ） 摘要：监控技术在当今船舶柴油机智能化和运行管理中已凸显优势，特别是在柴油机故障预判及定诊分析方面有 着重要指导意义。由于设计理念及制造结构方面的影响，目前这种技术的实际应用还大多局限于海船低速机和部 分中速机，在内河船舶使用较为广泛的中、高速机上应用还十分有限。为更好地发挥其优势特点，进一步拓展其 应用范畴，并有助于柴油机有关研究人员、设计人员，包括操作人员从根本上推进内河船舶柴油机的智能化发展， 主要从应用的角度较系统地论述了监控系统的原理、组成、功能特点及各类典型监控技术的实际应用和方向。 关键词: 船舶柴油机；监控系统；研究意义；技术方法；应用及方向 The Application of Monitoring Technology in Marine Diesel Engine HE Chengzhong (Minsheng shipping co., Ltd., Chongqing, 400011, China) Abstract: Monitoring technology in the intelligent Marine diesel engine and has prominent advantages in operation and management, especially in diesel engine fault prognosis and diagnosis analysis has important guiding significance. Because of the influence of the design and manufacturing, the practical application of this technology is mostly limited in sea ship low-speed machines and parts of medium-speed machine, which has been widely used in inland river ships; high-speed machine application also is very limited. To better play to the advantages, to further expand its application scope, and contribute to the diesel engine related researchers, designers, including operating staff fundamentally enhance the intelligent development of inland ship diesel engine, mainly from the perspective of the application of the principle of monitoring system is discussed systematically, composition, functional characteristics and the practical application and the direction of all kinds of typical monitoring technology.
