科技传播 关于应用新媒体实施科技入户的思考 胡日新 湖南省宁乡县科学技术协会，湖南省宁乡县 410600 摘 要 为了落实中央1号文件精神，为了提高农民的综合素质，为了增加农民收入，解决农村中科学技术传播单调和不 及时的问题。作者提出了应用新媒体，实施科技入户的思考。建议在全国科协系统运用三条通道，把科学技术送入千家万 户。并采用宁乡的数据，充分论述了应用电话、手机短信、互联网等新媒体，在我国广大农村实施的条件，实现的方案和 管理的措施。所提建议具很实用的操作性，特别是在我国新农村建议中，实践科学发展观，首先以人为本，用科技武装农 民的头脑，应用新媒体普及科学技术，既方便、快捷、信息量大，又成本较低等特点。 关键词 新媒体；科技；农村；普及 The Ponder on the Science and Technology Practice into Each Farminghouse through the New Media HU Rixin Ningxiang County Science Society, Ningxiang, Hunan 410600 Abstract In order to implement the spirit of the central committee document No 1 of the communist Party of China, and enhance the overall qualities of the farmers, and increase the income of the farmers, and address the spread of science and technology in rural areas and non-monotonicity of problem in time, I myself, hit on such an idea as: The ponder on science and technology practice into each farming house through the new media. The article deals enough with the data application through telephones, cell phone text messages, Internet and other media etc. in Ningxiang. It also consults with the implementation conditions, practice of program and management measures of the vast countryside of our state. The recommendations are very practical, operative in the new countryside constructions of our state. Especially in the new countryside constructions of our state, practising scientific development concept must orient the people first, arm farmers with science and technology minds, and popularize the application of science and technology by new media, whic
