And then, the experience of strengthening the energy con － servation standard, fixed assets tax relief, income tax specially deduction, subsidizing organization of construction, small and medium corporation, and the family, technology research and development e.g. Multifunctional Exterior in “ order to develop ZEB in Japan are mainly analyzed.
