论“太阳主寒水”理论及其在太阳病篇中的运用研究 中 文 摘 要 目的：《素问·至真要大论》有“是故百病之起，有生于本者，有生 于标者，有生于中气者”之言, 意即在三阴三阳的病变中有本气为病， 有标气为病，有中气为病。本文即旨在通过对“太阳寒水”这一概念内 涵的探讨，进而阐述太阳病诸代表方中，何者为太阳之标气为病，何者 为太阳之本气为病，何者为太阳之中气为病，并以此梳理太阳病篇之脉 络。 方法：本文第一部分先着重论述“太阳寒水”这一概念的来源及其 内涵，进而分析这一概念来源“标本中气”理论中标本中各自所指以及 六气为本的内在含义，并阐述六经与脏腑经络之间的辨证关系。第二部 分以第一部分所得结论为基础着重阐述太阳气化的脏腑经络基础及与此 有关联的相关过程，并根据上述结论，以《伤寒论》太阳病篇中代表方 为例阐述何者为太阳标气为病，何者为太阳本气为病，何者为太阳中气 为病以及三者之间的关联性。 结果：在“太阳寒水”这一概念的来源“标本中气”理论中，标本 中三者合则为六经中一经，六经中一经分则为标本中三气，此一分则为 标本中三气就为“病于本，病于标，病于中”提供了基础。太阳一经的 气化，是在相应的脏腑经络基础上，以太阳本气寒水为核心，从而共同 完成太阳气化。因此，这一以“寒水”作为核心的脏腑经络气化系统任 何环节出现障碍时皆可导致太阳病的发生。 结论：太阳病并不仅限于太阳经证和太阳腑证，而应是以“寒水” 为核心的脏腑经络气化系统中任何一处有障碍都是太阳病。《伤寒论》太 阳病篇中仲圣则以条文方式告诉我们其背后太阳气化之障碍为何，并以 相应方证示以恢复太阳气化常态之法。 关键词  伤寒论，气化，太阳寒水，标本中气，太阳病 On Sun Lord Kansui Theoretical and Applied disease chapter in the sun ABSTRACT Objective: suwen · to the larger theory, said Therefore riddled onwards, there was born in this who have born bidder, who has born in the air, Meaning there is a disease of the gas in Sanyang lesions, there are standard gas for the sick, there is in the air for the disease.
