In order to mi prove the characteristics of the stopband, additional stubs were added on some of the resonators. Itmakes the third transm ission zero (TZ) can be controlled flexibly, and then meets the need of communication systems. Smi ulation andmeasurement results show that the third TZ can be controlled and the filter w ith the relative bandw idth of 57% has good selectivity. Measurement results show excellent stopband behavior and the suppression at the thirdTZ can reach 40 dBc.
