漳州师范学院 毕业论文 小学教师教学反思的现状及对策 --以漳州市芗城区为例 Investigation and countermeasures: the Teaching Reflection of Primary School Teachers ----takes Xiangcheng District of Zhangzhou City as the example 姓 名： 学 号： 系 别： 教育系 专 业： 小学教育 年 级： 05级 指导教师： 2008年 12 月 日 摘要 自20世纪80年代以来，国际教师教育界出现了一股“反思”的思潮，提倡以“教学反思”促进教师发展。这一思潮与我国新一轮基础教育课程改革中对教师职业新的要求不谋而合，不仅要求教师改变固有的以经验和技术为主的教学行为，而且要以理性的思维审视自己的教学，成为一名反思性实践者。教学反思逐渐成为提高教师专业发展，改进教学质量的重要途径之一。 本研究本调查通过调查问卷及访谈调查的方法，对漳州市几所小学教师进行调查，主要围绕教师教学反思的时间、教师教学反思的方式、教师教学反思的视角、以及教师教学反思的内容等方面展开分析和讨论，寻找解决的对策。根据研究所得结果与发现的问题，主要从学校和教师两个层面提出如下对策或建议: 学校层面的对策。建立科学合理的教师管理制度，改进评价体系，促进教师反思；营造宽松的教学环境、良好的教学反思文化氛围；开展有效的教研活动，改善教师培训的方式。 教师层面的对策。建议教师通过自己、他人、教育科学理论进行反思。 关键词：小学教师；教学反思；漳州市 Abstract Since 1980s, there is a reflective ethos in teachers education domain in the world, it accelerated the professional development of teachers. And this ethos has consisted with the content of the reform with newly fundamental education courses of our country. This fresh demand for teachers occupation proposes that not only the teaching behavior mostly with experience and technique should be altered to meet the new requirement, but also this teacher activity be examined with the rational thought. Thus, a teacher can become a truly reflective one. Teaching reflection is gradually becoming one of the important way to improve the professional development of teachers, and develop new methods for teaching quality. This research uses the methods of questionnaire investigation and individual interview to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers teaching reflection in Xiangcheng District of Zhangzhou City. It brings forward the following discussion and analysis: the affected factors in teaching reflection with the date, content, vision angle, method and the Requirement of school, which help to find the resolution.
