农民工市民化进程中存在的问题以及对策 摘要： 改革开放以来，中国经济快速发展，作为人口大国，中国农村丰富的劳动力逐渐向城镇转移，农民工市民化随之而来，在经济发展的大潮中，这极大的推动了中国的现代化建设。但制约经济社会发展的问题仍然存在—农民工问题。农民工问题是“三农问题”的重要组成部分，是否能有效的解决农民工问题直接关系到我国经济发展、现代化建设等问题。所以，国家应主导各方力量解决好农民工问题。本次研究首先从农民工问题着手，然后全面的分析农民工的基本含义、农民工的产生和发展状况，提出解决农民工问题的出路是农民工市民化：其次，详细的阐述了农民工市民化的基本内涵以及农民工市民化的必要性，并对我国农民工市民化的现实意义以及农民工市民化的现状做出分析；最后针对以上存在的各种问题提出解决我国农民工市民化的途径和对策。 关键词：农民工； 市民化； 问题； 对策 People of migrant workers in the process problems and countermeasures Student: CAO Yayun(Instructor:WU Yucai) (Huainan Normal University of Law) Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development, as the most populous country, Chinas abundant labor in rural areas gradually shift to cities and towns, people of migrant workers comes in the tide of economic development, which greatly promoted the modernization of China.
