我院自动化门诊药房药品标签生成系统的开发与应用

摘 要 目的：为医院自动化门诊药房改进药品调配和管理模式提供参考。方法：
介绍我院自动化门诊药房药品标签生成系统的运行环境、所需硬件、开发及应用
情况。结果：药品标签生成系统将标签分为标签头、非注射剂标签和注射剂/输
液标签，优化了工作流程，提高了药学服务的质量和水平。系统使用前后一个月
的数据显示，平均每种药品贴签的时间比原来减少了 36.36%，差错隐患发生率
比原来减少了56.00%，出门差错发生率减少了100.00%，从而提高了工作效率，
减少了差错的发生。结论：自动化门诊药房药品标签生成系统的开发与应用使药
房调配和管理模式更加优化，将“以患者为中心” 的药学服务理念真正落到了
实处，值得推广。

Development and Application of Label Automatic Generation System in the
Automatic Outpatient pharmacy of Our Hospital

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the improvement of
dispensing and administration model in automatic outpatient pharmacy of
hospitals ．METHODS This paper described the running environment, hardware,
development and application of label automatic generation system in automatic
outpatient pharmacy of our hospitals. RESULTS The label automatic generation
system made the label separate into the beginning label, non-injection label and
injection label and it optimized the workflows and improved the quality and level of
the pharmaceutical services. One month’s data before and after the use of the system
suggested that the average labeling time for each drug reduced by 36.36%，the
