It can reduce the cost and cycle of the design and can improve the de- sign level of machine products. In this paper, the modeling of a w hole machine tool structure w as estab- - - . lished by uniform beam element and lumped mass element and joint element Based on the dynamical fun- damental parameters of the joint surfaces, dynamical equations of the w hole machine tool structure are set up by the method of receptance synthesis. The softw are to predicate the dynamical characteristics of the w hole machine tools w as developed. An experiment, given in this paper, show s the analysis method and the softw are are right.
