It consists ofan invivo diagnosticmodule, a naturalorganism that serves as the locomotion mechanism, and an exterior control unit that actively drives and remotely controls the navigation and sitespecific anchoring of the organism.M ud eelwas chosen as the locomotionmechanism of the intestinalbio robot. Based on its movement characteristics, a Lab IEWprogrammed pulse generator was utilized to transm it electric stmi ulating signal to the surface neuronal m icroelectrodes on different parts of them in different environments. Expermi ents demonstrated that the mud eel could move
