齐大山深凹露天铁矿排水系统的改进与应用 冷彦平 （鞍钢矿业公司设备检修协力中心，鞍山 114043 ） 1 摘 要 研究鞍钢齐大山铁矿进入深凹降段开采阶段后,伴随着降段开采的深入，传统的排水方法需要将水泵多次 移动，工作量大，故障率高，严重影响了矿山的正常开采和生产效率。经过作者近30 年的一线工作经验和实践积 累，发明了在排水过程中将双吸离心泵与潜水轴流泵串联的方法进行排水。该方法不仅有效解决了齐大山铁矿开采 过程中的排水问题，而且缩短了施工周期，大量节省了人力物力。结论经实践证明，该方法使用简单、运行方便、 技术可靠。该方法不仅提高了矿山开采排水的工作效率和具有良好的经济效益，而且对我国其他的大型露天矿排水 工作有着很好的借鉴意义。 关键词 降段采掘 排水 离心泵与潜水轴流泵串联 Improvement and Application of Drainage System of Deep Concave Mining of Qidashan Open-pit Mine Leng Yanping （Angang Mining Company Third-party Equipment maintenance center, Anshan, 114043 ） Abstract Along with the deep mining, Anshan Qidashan Iron Mine enters into the section of deep concave mining.The traditional drainage methods need to move the pump frequently and the heavy workload and the high failure rate.This method will affect iron mine normal mining and production efficiency. The method which through nealy 30 years front-line work experience and practice accumulation,the author invents the series connection between double-suction centrifugal pump and bearing pump in the drainage process. It not only solve the problem of dewater during deep mining process in the Qidashan iron ore, but also shorten the construction cycle and save the manpower and resources massively. The practice proved that it simple uses and convenient operation and reliable technology. The method not only raise the production efficiency and create favorable economic benefits, but also as a good reference to other large-scale open-pit mine drainage.
