Abstract: A mi ing t the dem erits of ex istingm icrow ve tmi ber dry ing processes, .i e. , low level of intelligence, low qu lity nd high energy
consumption, etc. , them icrow ve dry ing process nd its fe tures re n lyzed. Considering the non line r nd tmi e v ry ing ch r cteristics of the
temper ture nd hum idity control, the intelligent fuzzy controller used for m icrow ve tmi ber dry ing k iln h s been designed. F irstly, the fuzzy
subset, membership function nd control rule of the controller re determ ined to setup Smi ulink pl tform. Then, the optmi iz tion design is c r-
ried out w ith S mi ulink response optmi iz tion module. The resu lt of smi ul tion indic tes th t f st speed nd non-overshoot control of temper ture
nd hum idity c n be mi plem ented by using the fuzzy controller. The design is signific nt to enh nce intelligent level for m icrow ve tmi ber dry ing
equipm ent.
