宁波某高校大学生艾滋病/性病相关知识、态度、行为调查分析 完成人：钟发德，张月苗，莫哲 指导老师：张莉娜 摘要: 目的 了解大学生艾滋病知识、态度、行为的现状及性知识需求,为今后更好地开 展大学生艾滋病教育提供科学依据。 方法 采用随机抽样方法抽取宁波市某大学一至三年级 学生1215人开展匿名自填式问卷调查。 结果 大学生对艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,知道艾滋病 三种传播途径的比例在83.80%～89.73%,大学生性安全知识较低,有23.86%～40.04%的学生 接触过黄色性信息,有14.65%学生已发生过性行为,性行为起始年龄平均19.04岁,平均性伴 侣数1.69岁,学生在性行为中“从不使用、很少使用、有时使用”安全套的占72.39%。 结论 对大学生性病艾滋病健康教育不仅要重视知识的传播,更要强调行为改变和安全行为的建立 和维持，健康教育和行为干预应并重进行。 关键词: 艾滋病；知识；态度；行为；大学生 An Analysis on Investigation of Knowledge, Attitude and Behaviors about AIDS /STD among college students in Ningbo ZHONG Fa-de, ZHANG Yue- miao,MO Zhe. （Institute of Preventive Medicine, Medical School of Ningbo University, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315211,China ） Abstract: Objective The present investigation was conducted to get an insight into the status of knowledge, attitude and behaviors about AIDS among college students and their needs of sexual knowledge for the provision of a scientific basis for more effective implementation of sexual education among college students. Methods Random sampling was used to select 1215 students from the freshman, sophomores and juniors in a university in Ningbo for them to complete an anonymous questionnaire survey. Results It was found that the rate of knowledge about AIDS among university students was relatively low. Students who were aware of the three routes of AIDS transmission accounted for 83.80%～89.73%. They were short of knowledge of safe sex. About 23.86%～40.04% of them were exposed to pornographic products, with 14.65% of students experiencing premarital sexual contacts. The average age for the first sex was 19.04 years of age and the average number of sexual partners was 1.69age, with 72.39% of the students who had sexual contacts never or seldom or sometimes using a condom.
