摘〔要 〕国外对医患冲突的已有研究涉及到 :社会角色理论 、医患交流理论 、信息不对称理论和医疗保健制度 。国内学者从
社会学、医疗技术 、医疗信息、医疗法律制度 、医疗卫生体制等多个方面对医患冲突进行了研究 。深入研究医患关系的多重属
性 ,从医药 、医保 、医疗相互关联的系统深入研究医患冲突的原因 ,仍是我们面临的长期课题 。
