They arewith the homology of the root but different branches in theory, and they are the different benign social operation mode made of the social accumulation. Therefore, respecting for the development of the status quo, fol- lowing the law s of social operation in the history and reality is the necessary requirement to correctly understand the two modes of operation of socialism.
