[ Abstract] UML is a standard graphical modeling language. It is divided into three parts inclu-
ding demand analysis, construction of the initial framework and system structure diagram to con-
struct the performance evaluation system of public library which is based on UML. T he applica-
tion of UML to performance evaluation system can enhance the scientific and normal characteris-
tics of the performance evaluation system of public library.
