Abstract Introduced the network device driver design and implementation based on the S3C2440 and the DM9000, fo-
cused on the netw ork device driver architecture, and t he network device driver initialization, as w ell as how to deal w ith the
acceptance and sending of data, and the corresponding event handling. Final tested to prove the netw ork device driver can be
a very good realizat ion of the network packet data transmission, to achieve a relatively rapid speed and high stability.
