教育不公平的种种表现Here ,we will show some educational phenomenon of our country . 一、近年来，农村子女受教育的条件发展缓慢；但城市的教育水平却高速发展。 For many years, in urban, education conditions of children develop slowly. But the educational development in rural areas is very fast. 基本的义务教育普及严重不足 Puji about the basic compulsory education is lack serious. 三、为了加快教育发展的步伐，国家推出了“集中精力办好重点学校”的政策。 In order to accelerate the pace of educational development, Government rolled out policy on concentrating on popularity schools. 重点风潮中，造成了强势学校越来越强，但无力承担起普及教育的重任； In this environment, popularity schools are more and more popular, but unable to bear the popularization education; 弱势学校越来越弱，无力承担正常教育。 However，the weak schools increasingly weak, unable to bear the normal education. 四、不同地区各级同类学生在升学考中的录取线不一致。 In different areas, admission line of the students at all levels is inconsistent. 一套考题相同的成绩，不同的命运，悲惨至极。 Even though the same test, the same scores makes different fates. 而所谓的教育公平又是什么呢？And what is the so-called educational equality? 所谓教育公平，是指国家对教育资源进行配置是所依据的合理性的规范或原则。 The so-called education fair, refers to the state of education resources allocation which is based on rational norms or principles. 这里所说的“合理”是指要符合社会整体的发展和稳定，符合社会成员的个体发展和需要， Here, reasonable is a consistent with the overall social development and stability, in line with the individual development and needs. 教育公平的内涵可以分为三个层次 Educational equity can be divided into three levels: 1.确保人人都享有平等的受教育的权利和义务； 1. To ensure that everyone enjoys equal educational rights and obligations; 2.提供相对平等的受教育的机会和条件 2. To provide relatively equal educational opportunity and condition 3.教育成功机会和教育效果的相对均等。 3. To ensure that educational success and effect is relatively equal. 这三个层次被概况为：起点公平、过程公平和结果公平。 The three levels are profiled: fair starting point, process justice and result justice. 这些问题直接关系群众切身利益。所以，解决好这些问题是非常必要的。 To solve these problems which are directly related to the vital interests of the masses is necessary. 对个人来讲，它关系每一个人的发展，在很大程度上影响人的一生；对整个社会来讲，直接影响社会公平正义
