苍白二陈汤对代谢综合征大鼠主动脉ICAM1 表达的影响1 吴智春 季旭明 于华芸 山东中医药大学基础医学院，山东 济南，250355 摘要：目的观察苍白二陈汤对代谢综合征（MS ）大鼠主动脉ICAM1 表达的影响，探讨其降低动 脉粥样硬化风险的可能机制。方法 用高糖高脂高盐饲料喂饲建立MS 大鼠模型。将21 只MS 大鼠 分为模型组、西药组和中药组，分别给蒸馏水、洛伐他汀和苍白二陈汤灌胃。4 周后，测血脂（TG、 TC、LDLc 、HDLc 和ox-LDL ），计算动脉粥样硬化指数（AI ），放射免疫分析法检测血清TNF-α 水平，免疫组化检测主动脉ICAM1 表达。结果 与模型组相比，中药组大鼠血清TG、TC、LDLc 、 ox-LDL 和TNF-α水平，AI 及主动脉ICAM1 表达量（以平均光密度表示）均显著降低 （P ＜0.05 ）。 结论 苍白二陈汤可以调节代谢综合征模型大鼠的血脂，降低动脉粥样硬化指数，下调 ox-LDL 和 TNF-α水平从而抑制主动脉ICAM1 的表达，具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。 关键词 苍白二陈汤；代谢综合征；细胞间粘附分子-1 ；动脉粥样硬化 Therapeutic Effect of Cangbaierchen Decoction on Aorta ICAM1 in Metabolic Syndrome Rats WU Zhi-chun JI Xv-ming, YU Hua-yun. (Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Shandong Jinan 250035，China) Abstract Objective ：To observe the effect of Cangbaierchen decoction on aorta ICAM in Metabolic syndrome(MS) rats and the possible mechanism which would reduce risk for atherosclerosis. Method ： Develop models of Metabolic Syndrome rats by feeding high fat , high salt and high glucose diet ．Twenty-one MS rats were randomly divided into model group, TCM group and Western medicine group. The TCM group was administered by Cangbaierchen decoction and the Western medicine group by Lovastatin. Blood lipid level （TG, TC, LDLc, ox-LDL and HDLc ）of the rats were measured, and atherosclerosis index(AI) was calculated, and serum TNF-α were measured by the methods of radioimmunoassay, and expression of ICAM in aorta were inspected by way of immunohistochemistry after four weeks. Result ： In TCM group, the levels of TG and TC, AI and the expression of ICAM1 in aorta were significantly lower than those in modle group ( P ＜0.05).
