Abstract: T he minim um det ect able limit of t he nuclear radiat ion det ect or array is an im-

or not . T he det ect ion of mo ving nuclear material is more diff icult than t hat of stat ic o ne
( nam ely , t he minimum detectable limit o f moving nuclear m aterial is low er t han that of
