大连海事大学 毕 业 论 文 二○一二年六月  东北地区海铁联运的效率分析 专业班级:物流工程二班 姓 名:吉庆祥 指导教师:计明军 交通运输管理学院  摘 要 随着东北地区国民经济的快速发展，该地区的对外贸易量逐年增加，对港口集疏运能力造成很大压力，也对交通运输业提出了新的要求。碳排放问题也日益受到关注，运输业的节能环保化被提上议程，这使得东北地区港口和政府相关部门不得不提高运输服务能力和质量，积极探索新的发展道路。海铁联运作为一种重要的多式联运，将海运与铁路运输连接，具有运输效率高、运输成本低、碳排放量少等优势，得到了重视和迅速发展。本文主要分析海铁联运与公路运输相比，在成本上的效益优势，论述海铁联运发展的可行性和必要性。 文章从海铁联运的相关概念开始，介绍国内外海铁联运发展现状，提出发展海铁联运的意义所在。作为论文的主体部分，第三章以大连港为出海港，得出公路和铁路运输费用公式，计算出铁路运输的经济运距，并根据大连港的地理位置，阐述了海铁联运在成本上的效率优势。第四章论文考虑到碳排放造成的社会成本，使其以碳排放税的形式在成本分析中体现出来，进一步论证，从社会角度，海铁联运更具有成本上的效率。最后，文章阐述了东北地区海铁联运发展的优势和不足，在此基础上提出了进一步发展的措施和建议。通过在物流节点、运输通道、信息平台、管理体制等方面的完善和革新，促进海铁联运的跨越式发展，为东北地区经济增长提供保障。 关键词：东北地区；海铁联运；碳排放  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of national economy in northeast region, the region s foreign trade volume increased year by year. This causes great pressure to the port throughput capacity and raise new requirement to the transport sector. Carbon emissions is also a concern, transportation energy saving and environmental protection has been put on the agenda, the northeast area port and relevant government departments have to improve the transportation capacity and quality, and actively explore new path of development. sea-rail combined transportation is important as a multimodal transport, sea and railway transport will be connected, with a high transport efficiency, low transportation cost and little carbon emissions . so sea-rail combined transportation gets the attention and rapid development. This article mainly analyzes the cost benefit of sea-rail combined transportation and road transport, discusses the feasibility and necessity of developing sea-rail combined transportation. The article starts from related concept of sea-rail combined transportation, then introduces present situation of domestic and foreign sea-rail combined transportation , proposed the significance of its development.
