北京航空航天大学研究生院 关于来华留学研究生培养工作的基本规定 （试行） （2012 年7 月修订） Regulations on Training and Management of International Postgraduates Formulated by Graduate School of Beihang University (For Trial Implementation) (Revised in July, 2012) 根据国务院学位委员会《关于普通高等学校授予来华留学研究生我国学位试行办法》{学位 ﹝1991 ﹞14 号}以及国家教育部的有关文件精神，结合我校来华留学研究生（以下简称留学研究 生）培养工作的实际情况，制定本规定。 The Regulations on Training and Management of International Postgraduates of Beihang University are formulated in accordance with the Trial Procedures for Academic Degree Conferrals of Chinese Institutions for the International Postgraduate (Xue Wei [1991] No.14) issued by the Academic Degree Commission of the State Council and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, together with the consideration of the actual situation of the international postgraduates training in Beihang University. 本规定对留学研究生的招生、录取及入学后至学位论文答辩过程中的各项培养工作做出基 本规定。各留学研究生培养学院根据本规定制定留学研究生培养方案。 The regulations contain general provisions for the enrollment, admission and training program from entrance to thesis defense.
