大气污染治理中政府公关面临的困境 ——以深圳市为例 05级 公共传播学系 韩峻【论文摘要】 全球环境问题日益突显，中国作为世界著名资源大国之一，面临着资源损耗以及环境污染两大困境。解决环境问题，是各国政府应有的责任，但仅仅依靠政府的力量，是薄弱的，因此，各国政府在肩负起责任的同时应合理地引导社会各界积极参与。只有集合社会各界的力量，才能对环境问题迎刃而解。如何在积聚力量的过程当中解决所面临的困难，便是本文重点探讨的地方。本文通过建立环境社会学模型，结合公共关系学的传播理论，初步对一般性环境问题做出共性分析，继而针对个别地方环境问题做出特殊性分析。然后根据特殊性分析模型结合地方环境问题得出关键问题所在。最后运用公共关系学原理结合关键问题提出解决个别地方环境问题的合理建议。 【Abstract】 Highlight the growing global environmental problems that China, as a world-renowned resources, one is faced with two major environmental resources, as well as the plight of the sad news. Solutions to environmental problems, are the responsibility of Governments, but only rely on government forces are weak, and therefore, governments in the shoulder the responsibility should be a reasonable guide the active participation of all sectors of society. Only the strength of the collection community is in order to solve the environmental problem. How the process of accumulation of forces to resolve the difficulties, that is, this article focuses on the place. In this paper, through the establishment of environmental sociology model, combined with the dissemination of public relations theory, a preliminary to the general analysis of environmental issues in common, followed by place-specific analysis of the special nature of environmental problems. And according to specificity analysis model combining environmental issues come to the key places where the problem lies.
