牛津高中英语模块六第一单元Reading教学设计 沅江市琼湖书院 谢建军 教学课题： Unit 1 Reading 1 Laughter is good for you 教材分析：新课标要求：高中英语教学应为每个学生创设未来发展的平台和机会，一切从学生的实际出发，“以学生的发展”为本，学以致用，培养学生的综合语言运用能力。 本课是牛津高中英语模块六第一单元阅读课,旨在让学生掌握并灵活运用考纲中所规定的词汇、短语、句型。本节课以词汇理解记忆为主线，贯彻任务性教学原则，创设多种问题情境、采取灵活多样、生动形象的活动方式，提高学生综合语言运用能力，促进学生自主、合作、探究学习，在解决问题的过程中感悟学习的乐趣，理解笑对身心有利，笑具有感染力，笑是一剂良药的道理，从而培养自己在身处艰难困境时，能够具备良好心理素质的能力。 ．教学方法及过程： Teaching aims: (1) Encourage the Ss to grasp the main topics of the three sections---types of stand-up, a famous comedian and the fact that laughter is good for your health. (2) Arouse the Ss’ interest in learning English by talking about their own opinions when it comes to the topic “Laughter is the best medicine”. (3) Students are expected to gain some knowledge about stand-up comedy and reinforce their reading comprehension. (4) Develop the students’ reading ability---how to guess the meanings of new words.
