Abstract : Aiming at the characteristics of complicated tex ture epidermis and elasticity
def ormation of hand and palm f orm ,a reconstruction and implementation method f or building
the model of hand‐shape based on the technology of raster binocular sy stem in vision metrology
is propo sed . T he 3D vision measurement sy stem is employed to calibrate the character
parameter ,attribute parameters and relative position of cameras in lef t and right side .Firstly ,
by tw o finished calibration cameras perf ormance ,w e acquire data of photographed multi images
f rom the hand‐shape model w ith raster binocular sy stem and global data optimization
registration are accomplished . T hen on this basis , the massive original point ‐clouds data are
compiled .Finally ,the hand shap model is simulated w ith numerical control and is also verif ied
by practical processing . T he ex perimental result s demonstrate that the reconstruction model
