辽宁省高等教育自学考试专业（本科段） 毕业论文 沈 阳 大 学 论文题目： 学生姓名： 准考证号： 指导教师： 完成日期：  提升沈阳中小企业财务人员素质的对策研究  内容提要 伴随着我国经济的快速发展，中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，改革开放以来我国中小企业获得了长足发展，对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用，财务工作在企业发展当中有着十分重要的作用。财务工作是一项内容丰富、涉及面广、非常具体、繁琐且极为重要的经济管理工作，而财务人员担负着企业管理层，政府机关，金融机构等的提供财务服务及社会公众服务的艰巨使命，因此，财务人员的素质，能力水平，直接影响着财务职能发挥及财务工作的质量。随着我国会计准则与国际会计准则的趋同，与财务有关的各类法规政策的更新，财务界不断涌出新理论、新业务、新规则和新方法。不断变化的社会环境需要大量具有较高理论水平和丰富实践经验的人才，对财务人员的素质要求越来越高。本文以沈阳中小企业财务人员素质为研究对象，分析了沈阳中小企业财务人员素质存在的问题及其原因，并通过这些问题给出相应的应对措施；从而来提高企业财务人员的综合素质。因此，财务人员不断提高自身素质，加强自身修养，就显得十分重要。 关键词： Abstract Along with the rapid development of economy in our country, the small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of national economy, our country small and medium-sized enterprises gained rapid development since the reform and opening up, the economic development and social stability plays an important role in promoting, financial work has a very important role in enterprise development.
