选 手 免 责 声 明Athletes’ Disclaimer 本人第十届（以下简称为“赛事”As for 2015 Jinhai Lake, Pinggu District, Beijing. The 16th Sanfo International Triathlon (hereafter?referred to as SOT), I (as an athlete of SOT) hereby declare and agree to make statement as below: 本人理解、承认、遵守、执行“赛事”《比赛规则》的所有条款。 I agree to comply with all of the requirements of the rules regulations on SOT. 本人同意三夫户外及比赛组织委员会（以下简称“组委会”）均没有责任或义务对于本人在比赛前、后及比赛中所遭受的直接或间接地来自于“赛事”的伤害、疾病或者其他人身、财产损失负责。I agree that neither Sanfo Outdoor and The Organizing Committee of Sanfo Outdoor Triathlon (hereafter?referred to as SOC )shall be, nor be deemed to be, responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap to the Athlete or the Athlete’s property sustained in, or arising from or out of, in any way directly or indirectly connected with the SOT events. 本人认识到在参加或观看“赛事”时都存在对自身造成严重伤害的风险，包括终生残废或死亡，本人承认并接受此风险的存在。 I acknowledge and accept that participation in, or observation of SOT, could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. 本人向三夫户外及组委会保证本人身体状况良好，符合主办方对于比赛提出的身体要求，并承诺所提供的报名和参赛资格审查材料真实有效。同时本人具备比赛要求的技能，可以完成报名的比赛项目。本人有能力参加“赛事”，存在受到严重伤害的风险，包括终生残废或死亡。本人不会为此追究三夫户外及组委会，赛事赞助商、赛事组织者、赛事裁判和工作人员的任何责任。 I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk and warrant to SOC and SOC’s partners that I am physically fit and able to compete in SOT Events with risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. Furthermore, I releases SOC, SOC’s partners, their Sponsors, Event Sponsors, Event Organizers and Officials from any liability there from (save in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of any of the aforementioned parties). 本人同意并接受除“赛事“本身为参赛选手提供的意外保险之外，组委会不能为选手可能产生的意外提供额外的补偿或赔偿。 I agree and accept the accident?insurance for emergency, which SOC provides with athletes on event for basic level.
